Pink Goodness Smoothie

Makes 1 large glass:

1/2 a large or 1 small cooked beetroot

1/2 a banana

1/2 an apple

1 celery stalk

1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil

1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger

a pinch of turmeric

Cut all ingredients, transfer them to a blender and blend until smooth for about 2 minutes. Enjoy!
