What To Make For Dinner on Christmas Eve? A Menu Suggestion

What are we eating on Christmas Eve? Most people would answer this with: the same as every year. In terms of food, many families celebrate Christmas always the same way. In my family, it’s aways been veal sausages with sauerkraut and potatoes. Well, of course that’s not true for me anymore, I’m fine with the siders. But if I could design the menu for Christmas Eve myself and renew it from bottom to the top, everything would be completely different. I’ld love to give you an insight into alternatives to traditional Christmas recipes – they are clearly focusing on meat or fish in Austria – that could be a highlight for all members of the family.
