Granola is always a winner. And there’s not more to say than that.
Ingredients for 1 big jar:
500g big oats
100g small oats
150g freeze-dried straberries
1 cup of coconut flakes
2 tablespoons of chia-seeds
4 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of coconut mousse/coconut butter
4 tablespoons of maple or agave syrup
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of vanilla powder
Pre-heat the oven to 170°C upper and lower heat.
Mix dry ingredients in a big bowl.
Heat up liquids and stir well.
Add liquid ingredients to the dried ones and mix well.
Place baking paper on a baking tray and spread the muesli mix over it.
Bake your granola for about 25 minutes until golden. Stir from time to time to make sure that it’s toasted on every side.
Let it cool down then.
Once your granola is cool, transfer to an air-tight container and store in a dry place.
