Granola is always a winner. And there’s not more to say than that.
It seems to me that it’s been ages since I posted the last completely new recipe. I think it actually does date back ages. Therefore, I owe you something really delicious and what’s better than a crunchy granola? Not much, as it’s a complete allrounder: breakfast, a sweet Snack and a crunchy something for evenings. Just perfect, somehow. I like this granola best with oatmilk or almond milk, but it’s nice with yoghurt as well. So, the stage…uhm…blog post is your’s, my honey and walnut granola!
Woohoo, after quite some time here’s another breakfast recipe for you guys! Today’s grain of choice: amaranth. I know that amaranth isn’t the most popular grain because it’s taste is quite..hm..special, but used in combination with the right ingredients, it’s perfect for a healthy and warming breakfast!
